Food and Beverage Assistant

As Food and Beverage Assistant you will bring your personality and flair to provide a warm, friendly and generous service to our guests. The guest journey is paramount, so you'll know how to deliver fantastic experiences for our guests, time and time again.

What you will do

1. Promote an always welcome and professional image to the guest, and give full co-operation to any guest requiring assistance, forging great relationships.
2. Be knowledgeable on the menus, being able to answer any questions, and make recommendations.
3. Follow all steps of service, ensuring the focus remains guest-centric.
4. Build a rapport with all guests in assigned section and use this to maximise sales opportunities.
5. Contribute to creating a warm and welcoming environment for our guests and colleagues.

What you will need

1. Previous experience in a similar environment is desirable.
2. Highly customer-service oriented and passionate about great food and beverage.
3. Warm and genuine nature, someone who can make people feel at ease.
4. To be able to confidently, clearly and politely communicate with guests.
5. Promote a positive attitude and display the ability to ‘make things happen’ to achieve or exceed anticipated results.
6. Due to the nature of the work, the ideal candidate would be fully flexible in their approach to work and be able to work shift patterns through weekdays, late nights and weekends.
