Job summary

Harri in Birmingham is hiring a Cafe Supervisor for a brand-new operation, Monday to Friday. You will influence ways of working, help establish routines, and shape the cafe's early success. The role suits an experienced Team Leader or aspiring Assistant Manager with a passion for hospitality and great service.

As a hands-on leader, you’ll manage service, food prep, stock and deliveries, stay adaptable as the business grows, and support staff development. A strong communicator is essential.

• Candidate should be an experienced Team Leader or Supervisor with a hospitality focus.
