Job summary

Slim Chickens Cardiff is seeking a Front of House Supervisor to lead our casual dining team in a vibrant Cardiff setting. You will supervise front‑of‑house operations, ensure smooth service, and deliver outstanding guest experiences.

We’re looking for a natural leader with excellent communication, strong organisational skills, and a passion for hospitality. Availability on weekends, late nights, and bank holidays is essential to keep our fast‑paced service on track.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supervising and coordinating front‑of‑house operations to ensure seamless service
• Leading, mentoring, and motivating the front‑of‑house team to deliver outstanding customer experiences
• Ensuring the highest standards of customer service, cleanliness, and presentation
• Managing guest relations, handling any issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Assisting with staff training and development to uphold our brand standards
• Supporting the management team in driving sales and achieving business goals
• Creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere where both staff and guests thrive

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or similar fast‑paced environment
• A natural leader with the ability to inspire and guide a team
• A passion for hospitality and delivering top‑notch service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure
