Job description

Are you a passionate and skilled Barista looking to join a vibrant and growing coffee shop that prides itself on creating a welcoming atmosphere and serving exclusive coffee and delicious baked pastries?

Atmospresso is seeking a dedicated Barista to join our team. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, capable of expertly handling a daily volume of 5-7kg of coffee (approximately 300-350 cups), primarily during our bustling early morning and afternoon rushes.

The ideal candidate will possess:

A deep understanding of artisan coffee making and a flair for specialty coffee service.

Exceptional latte art skills.

Proven experience with cold coffee and iced selections, including a strong grasp of matcha and iced matcha preparations.

A commitment to providing excellent customer service, contributing to a warm and inviting atmosphere where customers feel at home and can build relationships.
