We are seeking a skilled barista with excellent attention to detail, efficiency, and cleanliness. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a high-volume coffee environment, with proficiency in serving quality espresso shots and steaming milk. Comfort with our equipment, including La Marzocco Linea PB machines and Nuova Simonelli Mythos One grinders, is essential. Most importantly, you should be able to deliver great-tasting coffee in a friendly, engaging, and customer-focused manner.

Role Responsibilities:

• Dial in grinders for both House Blend & Black Blend to brand standards
• Open and close the coffee section independently
• Multi-task and perform during busy service periods
• Maintain speed of service, product quality, and overall consistency
• Serve coffee to customers in an engaging and friendly manner
• Pour basic latte art and understand all milk types used at GRIND
• Keep the section clean at all times
• Understand all coffee types offered by GRIND, including House Blend, Black Blend, Filter, and Decaf
• Report stock shortages or issues to the Head Barista or Manager
• Wear full and correct uniform always
