Job summary

Zego in the UK is seeking a First Notification of Loss agent to handle queries by phone, email and live chat with empathy and accuracy at first contact.

You will capture every relevant claim detail, triage customers, and keep accurate records in our claims system, collaborating with the Claims team and partners to ensure smooth progression.

Qualifications

• Experience in a call centre or fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate with clarity and warmth under pressure.
• Keen eye for detail and accuracy in data capture.
• Proven ability to prioritise tasks in a high-volume setting.
• Willingness to work 37.5 hours across 5 days, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Handle First Notification of Loss queries by phone, email and live chat with empathy, accuracy and efficiency.
• Capture every relevant claim detail at first contact, avoiding follow-ups.
• Triage customers and route them to the right next step in their claims journey.
• Keep customers informed and supported during a difficult moment.
• Maintain accurate records in claims management systems; protect data quality.
• Collaborate with the wider Claims team and supply chain partners for smooth progress.
