Job summary

Yeo Valley Organic is seeking a Key Member of the Department Leadership Team to identify, lead and drive performance capability improvements within their area, through engagement and development of the Operational Team and Ways of Working. Working hours are 4 days on & 4 days off.

You will develop plans to improve team capability, embed safety and environmental standards, and foster a culture that reflects Our Yeo Valley values while delivering best-in-class product quality.

Qualifications

• Proven experience of High Performing Workplace / TPM / Lean within large complex FMCG operations.
• Proven experience managing teams.
• Proven experience of leading Continuous Improvement teams.
• Desirable: Short shelf life / high care / dairy category experience preferred.
• Desirable: Proven experience as a successful cultural change agent.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a plan to improve team capability aligned with the operational design framework.
• Embed safety, environmental management systems and uphold standards and values.
• Lead and nurture site culture by modelling Yeo Valley values and leadership principles.
• Develop quality and food safety culture to exceed customer quality standards.
