Job summary

Yeo Valley Production Ltd is seeking a proactive lead to support the production team on site. You will coordinate resources, ensure safety and product quality, and work with frontline teams to optimise asset use and material efficiency.

You will drive performance improvements, engage employees, and mentor colleagues to build capability across shifts while maintaining high hygiene and GMP standards.

Qualifications

• Good teamwork and collaboration across shifts.
• Ability to handle manual tasks safely and efficiently.
• Attention to detail to maintain product quality and safety.
• Clear and effective communication with team and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and optimise resources within a defined area to meet safety and quality standards.
• Lead safety and quality practices; identify and rectify issues and escalate as needed.
• Utilise assets and raw materials efficiently to support performance improvements.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to build team capability and ensure smooth handovers across shifts.
• Analyse asset performance and drive improvements in yield and uptime.
