Job summary

Nestlé in the UK offers a 4-year Supply Chain Apprenticeship starting 1 September 2027. You will rotate through four 12-month placements, gaining hands-on experience across Confectionery, Coffee and Pet Food in York, Crawley, or factory locations. The role is full-time with around 2/3 of the time in the office.

With a starting salary of £26,000 per year plus excellent benefits, you will receive a structured development program and mentorship within Nestlé's supply chain network.

Qualifications

• You will have the right to work in the UK that is not time-limited and does not require sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route either at the start of the scheme or on completion.
• You will be required to meet the Government’s apprenticeship funding eligibility criteria, including the relevant residency requirements.
• You will have obtained or be predicted to obtain your Maths and English Language GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 9-4 (A*-C if taken before 2017). Original certificates will need to be provided.
• You will have 120 UCAS points or more (or 260 points from 2017 or previous).
• You will need to be 18 by 1st September 2027.
• You will need to be geographically mobile throughout the duration of the scheme

Responsibilities

• Rotate through four 12-month placements, supported by a structured development program.
• Gain a comprehensive knowledge of the end-to-end Supply Chain and work across categories; Confectionery, Coffee and Pet Food, in multiple locations.
• First rotation at Nestlé UK Head Office in York, with potential relocation to factory locations or Crawley.
• Manage raw material supply and collaborate with retailers as part of a diverse range of opportunities.
