Job summary

Nestlé UK is offering a four-year Supply Chain Apprenticeship starting 1 September 2027 in York. You will rotate through four 12-month placements, beginning at our York Head Office, with opportunities to move to Crawley or factory sites across the UK.

You'll gain end-to-end supply chain knowledge, work across categories such as Confectionery, Coffee and Pet Food, and benefit from a structured development programme, mentorship, and exposure to senior leaders as you progress.

Qualifications

• You will have the right to work in the UK that is not time-limited and does not require sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route at the start or on completion.
• You will be required to meet Government’s apprenticeship funding eligibility criteria, including residency requirements.
• You will have obtained or predicted to obtain Maths and English Language GCSEs (grades 9-4).
• 120 UCAS points or more (or 260 points from 2017 or previous).
• You will need to be 18 by 1st September 2027.
• You will need to be geographically mobile throughout the duration of the scheme.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through four 12-month placements across the Supply Chain operations.
• Gain exposure to end-to-end Supply Chain and multiple categories (Confectionery, Coffee, Pet Food).
• First rotation at the UK Head Office in York, with possible relocation to Crawley or factory locations.
• Engage with senior leaders and develop cross-functional skills throughout the scheme.
