Job summary

Myton Food Group is seeking a Site Manager/Director to lead a fast-paced FMCG manufacturing site in the UK. You will oversee Production, Technical, Engineering and Hygiene, drive performance improvements and ensure safety and quality standards.

Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will build a high-performing team, manage KPIs, and partner with Morrisons and 3rd party customers to deliver on-time, quality products while developing growth initiatives and change programmes across the site.

Qualifications

• Experience of Site Manager/Director level in FMCG manufacturing.
• Knowledge of legislation and industry best practices for world-class operations.
• Ability to lead a people-driven culture with strong interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record in driving performance improvement and innovation.
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders up to Board level.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement the Manufacturing plan to drive performance.
• Build relationships with external manufacturing partners and internal teams to improve financial performance and production.
• Develop and deliver growth plans with Morrisons and external customers.
