THG (Brighter Foods) in Tywyn, Wales, seeks an experienced Manufacturing Shift Manager to lead a high‑performing production operation. Reporting to the Site Lead, you will manage Production Supervisors and teams, delivering safety, quality, service, cost and people results across a fast‑paced facility on the North Wales coast.

Qualificações

• Proven experience leading Supervisors and operational teams in FMCG/food manufacturing.
• Strong leadership and coaching capabilities with a track record of development.
• Solid understanding of Health & Safety, HACCP, GMP and quality requirements.
• Experience driving continuous improvement and lean principles.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and promote a positive Health & Safety culture across the shift.
• Deliver safe and efficient execution of daily, weekly and monthly production plans.
• Coach and develop Production Supervisors and teams to high performance.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost management across shift operations.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Planning, Technical and Warehouse teams to meet customer requirements.
