Job summary

Executive Network Group in Corwen is recruiting a Shift Manager to lead a busy day shift in a food production environment. You will manage the production team, ensure the shift runs to plan, and maintain high standards of quality and safety.

The role requires strong people leadership, a proactive approach to continuous improvement, and the ability to work closely with QA, HR and technical teams to resolve issues and drive performance.

Qualifications

• Experience managing teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Experience in food or beverage production and with quality processes.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards applicable to production.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Day Shift to achieve production plan with quality and minimal waste.
• Manage timesheets, leave approvals and supervise shift personnel.
• Oversee food safety processes and escalate risks with QA and technical teams.
• Coach and develop staff, support HR investigations when needed.
• Drive continuous improvement and identify capacity improvements.
