Job summary

Field Sales Solutions is seeking a field-based Sales Representative to manage major Grocery accounts such as Tesco, Sainsbury's, Asda and Morrisons, driving visibility and availability of Ferrero brands in-store.

You will use sales data to engage decision-makers, influence listings and promotions, and identify opportunities to grow brand presence across stores. Flexible hours, 40 hours a week, full UK driving license and eligibility to work in the UK supported by in-house training and rewards.

Qualifications

• Valid UK driving licence and eligible to work in the UK.
• Experience in FMCG or grocery retail sales preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation and time management skills.
• Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions.
• Self-motivated, independent worker with strong relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with major Grocery customers (Tesco, Sainsbury's, Asda, Morrisons).
• Drive visibility and availability for Ferrero brands in-store.
• Use sales data to engage decision-makers and influence listings, orders, and promotions.
