Job summary

Britvic is looking for a Team Technician at its Beckton manufacturing site to operate and maintain production equipment, ensuring safety, quality and performance targets are met in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

You will work 4 on 4 off shifts, with induction travel to Rugby for the new line 7. The role requires strong teamwork, problem solving and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment desirable.
• Good understanding of health, safety and quality standards.
• Comfortable using computer systems and interpreting technical information.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
• A team player with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor and maintain production equipment to deliver safety, quality and performance targets.
• Take ownership of health and safety, quality standards and housekeeping within your area.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and support root cause problem solving.
• Drive asset care, equipment reliability and continuous improvement activities.
• Support and develop colleagues by sharing technical knowledge and best practice.
• Contribute to projects that improve plant performance, efficiency and ways of working.
