Job summary

Pioneer Selection Ltd is recruiting an Engineering Team Leader for a fast-paced FMCG site in Cambridgeshire. The role combines leadership with hands-on electrical and mechanical maintenance to sustain production and maximise machine uptime.

You will manage a team of engineers, oversee planned and reactive maintenance, and drive safety and continuous improvement on rotating double days. Opportunities include training and career development.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience in an industrial manufacturing or FMCG environment.
• Hands-on maintenance including planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance in a fast-paced factory.
• Ability to work a double days rotating shift pattern.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of maintenance engineers on shift.
• Remain hands-on with electrical and mechanical maintenance.
• Support planned preventative maintenance and responsive breakdown work.
• Ensure safety and efficiency to maximise machine availability.
• Drive continuous improvement across the site.
