The role requires TPM/Lean knowledge, an engineering background with basic mechanics/electronics, and experience in FMCG or similar industries.

You will oversee safety, quality, and production targets, manage costs, support maintenance for size changes, and drive continuous improvement across the line.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a similar leadership role.
• Experience in FMCG/Packaging/food manufacturing or print.
• ILM Team Leading qualification preferred or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of production operatives to achieve shift efficiency and meet production targets.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards, adhering to HASAWA 1974, PUWER, and LOLER.
• Guarantee product quality by enforcing ISO 9001 standards and technical specifications.
• Manage costs effectively, including labour, waste control, and material usage.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to optimise production efficiency and coordinate size changes and set-ups.
• Drive performance management and foster a culture of continuous improvement through innovative solutions.
