Responsibilities

• Plan and delegate workload for a small team of skilled engineers.
• Write and maintain the PPM/CMMS with a focus on reliability and site-wide improvements.
• Lead performance management to ensure the team works efficiently and effectively.
• Engage in project work and drive Lean and continuous improvement initiatives.
