Job summary

Refresco Drinks UK Ltd is seeking a Production Manager for our Bridgwater site. You will lead production operations, drive safety, quality and delivery performance in a fast-paced FMCG environment, and partner with the factory management team to meet site objectives.

Reporting to the Factory Manager, you will manage a team of shift leaders, control labour and material budgets, and champion continuous improvement and KPI-driven performance across the plant.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in fast-paced FMCG manufacturing with supervisory or management duties.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead production operations and drive OEE, safety and quality across the Bridgwater site.
• Manage labour and material budgets, optimise costs and deliver site objectives.
