Our client is seeking an exceptional packaging technologist to join an innovative team and contribute to the success of global brands. The role involves coordinating and delivering projects related to materials, manufacture, functionality, supply chain, and sustainability.

Experience in FMCG is a plus, but not essential, as the team is supportive of learning and development.

Job Purpose:

• Design & develop FMCG packaging
• Communicate with global teams
• Develop specifications
• Support managers & senior technologists
• Coordinate activities across business priorities
• Communicate with internal departments and external partners

Key Requirements:

• Passion for packaging development and technology, from FMCG or similar sectors
• Creative, logical, and curious mindset for innovative solutions
• Business leadership skills to understand and prioritize design impacts on cost, consumer, and environment
• Enthusiastic and proactive with good communication skills
• Ability to communicate design and engineering principles effectively
• Ability to work with cross-functional partners like Supply Chain and Quality
• Experience working with regional teams is beneficial
• Understanding of FMCG brands and manufacturing processes
