You will act as the primary contact for your area and staff, ensure full staffing, allocate work, and drive KPI and productivity improvements across delivery areas.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a field-based team across multiple sites.
• Ability to deal with people and resolve conflicts with practical solutions.
• Strong knowledge of the local area geography.
• Willingness to work weekends on rotation and respond to issues outside of 9-5.

Responsibilities

• Act as a point of contact for your area and staff.
• Be the face of recruitment for your delivery area – ensuring you are fully staffed and have everything covered.
• Ensure that all work has been allocated and picked up.
• Set and track KPI's and productivity.
