Placements24 is seeking a strategic Business Development Manager to identify and secure new opportunities in Randburg and across Gauteng for our FMCG client. You will map markets, build partnerships, and drive growth through structured plans and strong negotiation.

The role requires market analysis, stakeholder engagement, and deal-making in a hybrid work setup, with career progression, competitive compensation with commission, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships, FMCG preferred.
• Proven track record of identifying and closing new opportunities.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic plans in Randburg area.

Responsibilities
