AMFRESH Group is seeking a hands-on Finance Manager on a six-month fixed-term contract at our Alconbury site. You will own month-end delivery, management accounting and financial controls, working closely with operations and commercial teams to support financial decisions.

You should be a qualified accountant with strong month-end experience in FMCG/manufacturing, familiar with stock accounting and GRNI valuations, and proficient in Excel and Power BI for reporting and process improvements.

Formación

• Qualified accountant with strong month-end and management accounting experience.
• Background in FMCG/manufacturing with stock accounting experience.
• Experience with ERP systems and Power BI is beneficial.
• Able to maintain financial controls and provide accurate reporting under tight deadlines.
• Clear communicator working with finance and operations teams.

Responsabilidades

• Drive month-end process including journals, stock and GRNI valuations and reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly management accounts with variance analysis and budget commentary.
• Complete balance sheet reconciliations and investigate differences.
• Maintain financial controls and support the wider finance team.
• Prepare financial reports and assist leadership with board packs.
• Improve month-end processes and reporting, leveraging Excel and Power BI.
• Collaborate with operations and commercial teams to inform financial decisions.
• Support ad hoc analysis and finance projects.
