Vitamin Well Group is seeking a Convenience Field Sales Executive to drive distribution and visibility across Northeast England, covering LS, WF, and S postcodes. You’ll spend most days in the field, visiting independent retailers and Symbol Group stores to grow our NOCCO, Barebells and Vitamin Well brands.

From day one you’ll own your patch, plan your days, build retailer relationships, and execute in-store with pace and accuracy, supported by a UK sales team.

Formación

• Proven experience in a high-paced sales environment, ideally FMCG.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively.
• Strong time management with the ability to prioritise and deliver results.
• Excellent communication skills, both persuasive and professional.
• Proactive and resourceful mindset with a focus on solutions and opportunities.
• Ability to combine hands-on execution with longer-term commercial thinking.

Responsabilidades

• Represent NOCCO, Barebells and Vitamin Well across Independent and Symbol Group stores, ensuring visibility and execution.
• Build relationships with store owners, managers and decision-makers.
• Improve in-store placement, ranging and product availability.
• Identify new business opportunities to expand regional presence.
