Hunter Selection is recruiting for an Engineering Team Leader in Bristol. You will lead a shift-based team of up to 5 engineers, ensuring equipment reliability and driving ongoing improvements to meet production targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Engineering qualification (Level 2 or above).
• Experience leading or supervising engineers; strong fault-finding skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of up to 5 engineers.
• Coordinate planned preventative maintenance activities.
• Respond to breakdowns to minimise downtime.
• Drive continuous improvement and RCA activities.
• Ensure safety, standards, and compliance.
