This site-based role is commutable from Kettering and surrounding towns. The package includes £60,000–£68,000, car allowance, annual salary review, up to 12% pension, 25 days holiday and excellent benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience leading site engineering teams in FMCG/food manufacturing.
• Proven track record in maintenance, reliability and OEE.
• Knowledge of safety systems and compliance in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and develop the site engineering team.
• Oversee planned and reactive maintenance to improve reliability and OEE.
• Ensure statutory compliance and safe systems of work.
• Drive continuous improvement and support capital projects.
