Job summary

Booker is seeking a Supply Chain Demand Planner to join our fast-paced FMCG team. You will manage demand planning, stock replenishment and collaboration with customers, suppliers and Best Food Logistics to ensure high service levels.

You will develop forecast accuracy improvements, balance priorities, and support supplier relationships while maintaining end-to-end supply chain efficiency. 40 hours weekly with occasional weekend work may apply.

Qualifications

• Degree level education or equivalent, with 2–3 years in supply chain and replenishment.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and data analysis capabilities.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, across internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Deliver inventory availability targets and manage forecast accuracy improvements.
• Lead initiatives for better service, efficiency and cost of the supply chain.
• Ensure end-to-end supply chain decisions consider customer needs and business goals.
• Support customer promotions and various supply chain projects.
