Job summary

LIPTON Teas & Infusions is seeking a commercially minded Finance Analyst to join the UK&I Finance team. Collaborate with Marketing, Commercial and Supply Chain to turn data into actionable insights that drive performance.

You'll evaluate investments, support strategic decisions and improve visibility across P&L in a fast-paced FMCG environment, partnering across Finance and non-Finance functions.

Qualifications

• Experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, or Management Accounting.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear business insights.
• Experience partnering with stakeholders across Finance and non‑Finance functions.
• Exposure to COGS, Supply Chain Finance, or manufacturing environment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver insightful analysis to support month-end reviews, forecasting cycles, and business performance discussions.
• Provide actionable recommendations that help drive profitable growth.
• Support ad hoc analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Review marketing investments and trade spend; monitor against budget and forecast.
