Job summary

Valeo Foods UK is seeking a Business Account Coordinator to deliver an end-to-end service to our customers. You’ll manage sales orders from receipt to dispatch, liaising with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure service levels are met and exceeded.

In this fast-paced FMCG environment you’ll collaborate with production planning, warehousing, distribution, invoicing and 3PL partners to ensure smooth order fulfilment and a consistently high-quality customer experience. Hybrid in Blackpool.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Customer Services role, ideally within FMCG or food manufacturing.
• Confident using ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience of working with high-volume orders, EDI and multiple stakeholders.
• Exposure to continuous improvement initiatives is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales orders from receipt to dispatch.
