We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic FM Technology and Systems Coordinator (Smart Building Services) to join our team and play a key role in driving excellence and innovation in Facilities Management.

As an FM Technology and Systems Coordinator (Smart Building Services), you'll:

  • Implement processes and key value drivers to ensure consistent, robust outputs for Smart Building Services
  • Develop, adapt, and continuously improve Smart Building frameworks, aligning with Sodexo and client values
  • Deploy and refine services and service elements (SOPs, equipment, costing models) to meet local needs within defined parameters
  • Take ownership of projects, ensuring timely delivery through robust governance and adherence to project management standards
  • Establish standardization of FM operations by maintaining onsite documentation (Work Assignments, Maintenance schedules)
  • Coordinate with third-party IoT providers to integrate smart building technologies
  • Collaborate with Sodexo Supply Chain to evaluate third-party IoT suppliers on scale, cost, support, and system compatibility
  • Monitor and improve data quality for smart building systems
  • Train Sodexo staff and FM System Administrators on internal processes and act as SME for IoT solutions (e.g., MyDevices)
  • Manage change by updating stakeholders on project status, providing dashboards, and securing approval for investments and ROI
  • SOP creation, training, and integration for all new smart building services and innovations
  • Ensure project outcomes meet service delivery standards and contractual requirements

What we're looking for:

  • Degree qualified with a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience
  • Proven experience in service or operational transformation
  • Strong technical, analytical, and operational standards knowledge
  • Demonstrates strong work ethics, corporate understanding, and professional business acumen
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to foster positive client relationships
