SABRE is the bank’s strategic Risk and Valuations platform for Financial Markets and Treasury Markets. It is entirely developed in-house at the bank.

The main purpose of the role is to manage and support platform enhancements across Financial Markets business lines. The role is within FM IT and involves close interaction with Traders, Risk Managers, Product Controllers, and FM IT management.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Act as a Front Office Business Analyst for the New Front Office platform.
2. Gather requirements from FO users and document them.
3. Drive requirements analysis, taking full ownership of scope and prioritization.
4. Prepare backlog, participate in estimation, planning, and prioritization.
5. Manage independently the stream of work on the Next Gen Intraday risk SABRE program.
6. Support users during UAT, demos, and onboarding.
7. Host and lead Working Groups with senior Front to Back FM users. Understand current processes and support user transition onto the new platform. Be a Change Agent.
8. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Risk and Valuations for G10 & EM Interest Rates asset classes. Support Traders and Risk Managers with risk, pricing, analytics, trade booking, lifecycle management, market data sourcing, and marking.
9. Check market data and resolve Data Quality issues with various teams (Models Analytics, tech teams, ePricing, etc.).
10. Verify trade and cash data accuracy and proper handling.
11. Compare Risk and PV with existing legacy systems.
12. Host weekly working groups with G10 traders.
13. Document all differences and gather sign-offs.
