Job summary

Page Green is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee refurbishment and upgrade projects across Greater London with a strong Health & Safety emphasis. The role involves client-facing responsibilities, subcontractor coordination, and multi-project oversight.

The ideal candidate will have extensive M&E knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time while maintaining high safety standards.

Qualifications

• Senior level contracts manager with refurbishment experience and M&E knowledge.
• Proven ability to manage multiple live projects simultaneously.
• Strong Health & Safety focus and client liaison skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 3–5 refurbishment projects simultaneously (50k–200k each).
• Ensure projects progress safely and compliant with H&S standards.
• Build relationships with subcontractors and tenants; monitor progress.
• Travel across Greater London and occasionally to home counties.
• Liaise with clients and provide regular progress updates.
