• Experience delivering FM, building services, or minor works projects.
• Experience in live commercial environments (retail, healthcare, education).
• Strong knowledge of project management, financial control and contract administration.

Aufgaben

• Oversee end-to-end management of multiple FM projects in occupied environments.
• Develop project plans, programmes and budgets to ensure delivery.
• Lead project teams, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Maintain client relationships and act as trusted partner.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation and procedures.
• Monitor performance, manage risks and apply mitigations.
• Manage costs, forecasting and financial reporting for profitability.
• Coordinate with engineering, operational and commercial teams.
• Produce project reports for stakeholders.
• Identify additional project opportunities within client accounts.
