Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions is recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to oversee FM projects in Liverpool. The role is based on-site for four days a week with one day at home, delivering projects on time, within scope and budget while maintaining safety and compliance.

The position offers a competitive salary (£50,000–£55,000), 40-hour work week, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, a generous pension, private health & life insurance, and opportunities for training and progression.

Qualifications

• PRINCE2, PMP, NEBOSH or IOSH certification is preferred.
• Experience managing FM projects end-to-end.
• Proficient with MS Project or Primavera or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and close FM projects in line with client requirements and goals.
• Manage budgets, timelines, resources, and risks.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams for smooth delivery.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Provide regular progress updates and reports to stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement and sustainability in project execution.

Lifecycle Project Manager - Liverpool - Global Facilities Management Organisation

CBW Staffing Solutions are recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to oversee and drive a variety of FM projects – from maintenance upgrades to large-scale refurbishments.You’ll manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance.

This particular role is based on site for 4 days per week, with 1 day based at home.

Requirements

• Relevant Mechanical or Electrical qualifications

• Proven experience in project management within the facilities management industry
• Strong understanding of FM operations, building services, and compliance standards
