Job summary

Groupe Adequat UK is seeking an FM Project Lead to manage a diverse portfolio of facilities and infrastructure projects, from minor refurbishments to major capital schemes up to 10 million, while maintaining a safe live research environment.

You will develop scopes, coordinate design with stakeholders, and manage procurement in line with public-sector standards, establishing robust project controls and reporting. Strong leadership and effective communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering, building services, construction, or project management.
• Recognised project management qualification (PRINCE2 Practitioner, APM PMQ or above).
• IOSH Managing Safe or NEBOSH Certificate.
• Experience delivering multiple projects in live, regulated environments (labs, healthcare, HE).

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management and delivery of multiple FM projects up to 10m.
• Develop scopes, coordinate design with stakeholders and manage procurement per public-sector standards.
• Establish project controls: programme, cost, scope, quality, risk and reporting.
• Direct tendering, negotiate NEC/JCT contracts, lead commercial meetings with external partners.
• Ensure health, safety, and quality compliance across all activities.
