Job summary

Trevett Project Services is seeking a Senior Project Lead for a portfolio of complex FM and infrastructure projects on a live estate. You will own projects across the full RIBA 1-7 lifecycle, from feasibility to handover, and manage programme, cost, risk and contract performance.

The role requires a degree or equivalent, PRINCE2 Practitioner or APM PMQ, and IOSH/NEBOSH, with commissioning and Soft Landings experience highly valued.

Qualifications

• Senior PM/Lead with track record delivering live, regulated environments.
• Degree or equivalent experience; PM qualification such as PRINCE2 Practitioner or APM PMQ.
• IOSH/NEBOSH certification required or essential.
• Commissioning and Soft Landings experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own projects across the full RIBA 1-7 lifecycle from feasibility to handover.
• Manage programme, cost, risk and change control; NEC/JCT contracts; contractor and consultant management; CDM compliance.
• Oversee O&M information, BIM/ISO 19650 data, asset registers, CAFM/CMMS integration, training, defects and final sign-off.
• Shape strategic asset plans and develop business cases for future investment.
• Line-manage the project team and influence project delivery and commissioning for the estate.

Job description

As the Senior Project Lead on this Estate, you will take overall responsibility for a portfolio of complex FM and infrastructure projects from c.£100k to £2m, whilst also leading and developing the FM project team.

You’ll own projects across the full RIBA 1-7 lifecycle, covering feasibility, design, procurement, construction, commissioning and handover. Expect responsibility for programme, cost, risk and change control, NEC/JCT contracts, contractor and consultant management, CDM compliance and delivery within sensitive, live and regulated environments.

A major focus is commissioning and Soft Landings - making sure completed projects genuinely work operationally. You’ll oversee O&M information, BIM/ISO 19650 data, asset registers, CAFM/CMMS integration, training, defects and final operational sign-off. You’ll also help shape strategic asset plans and develop business cases for future investment.

We’re looking for: a senior construction/FM Project Manager or Project Lead with a strong track record delivering projects in live, regulated environments. A relevant degree/equivalent experience, recognised PM qualification such as PRINCE2 Practitioner or APM PMQ, and IOSH/NEBOSH are essential. Commissioning, acceptance management and Soft Landings experience are particularly important.
