About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our growing facilities management team in London. This is an exciting opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring the highest standards of mechanical maintenance, compliance, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive mechanical works.

• Diagnosing and repairing faults across HVAC systems, pumps, valves, and pipework.

• Supporting energy efficiency improvements and building sustainability initiatives.

• Conducting inspections, ensuring statutory compliance (e.g., TMV, legionella).

• Liaising with clients and site managers to provide updates and technical guidance.

• Maintaining accurate service records and completing job reports via CAFM systems.

Requirements:

• City & Guilds Level 2/3 or NVQ in Mechanical Engineering, Plumbing, or equivalent.

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in a similar maintenance role.

• Good knowledge of HVAC, plumbing systems, and general building services.

• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.

• Experience working within commercial buildings or facilities management environments.

• Full UK driving licence (desirable, but not essential for central London roles).
