You will co-create the platform that powers a new kind of future: one where people

innovate together in joyful, dignified community.

You’ll be our first engineer—architecting the core system, shaping user experience,

and helping us set the stage for a global movement.

What You’ll Build

• A community engine where users create or join “Build Circles” around shared visions
• A learning layer that connects users to free and open education (Coursera, GitHub, Google, and more)
• A project space where humans can actually build (collaborative, modular, real-time)
• Trust tools to keep our people safe—moderation, culture design, user-led governance
• Anything else your soul says we need to help humans rise

Who You Are

• A full-stack generalist who can build fast, think deeply, and scale smart
• You’ve built real things: apps, tools, platforms—preferably from scratch
• You think beyond code—into systems, humans, rituals, and meaning
• You care deeply about access, ethics, learning, and equity
• You’re looking for something bigger than salary—a chance to build what the world needs next
