Job summary

Franco Manca in London is looking for a motivated Kitchen Porter to be the backbone of the kitchen, keeping the area clean and ready for service.

You will wash dishes, clean equipment, maintain hygiene, restock supplies and support the chefs to keep the kitchen running smoothly on busy shifts.

What you'll do:

• As a Kitchen Porter, you'll be the backbone of the kitchen, keeping things clean, organized, and ready to roll.
• You’ll keep the kitchen spotless by washing dishes, cleaning equipment, and maintaining hygiene standards.
• Support the chefs with basic food prep when needed, helping to keep the kitchen running smoothly.
• Restock and organize supplies, making sure everything is ready for service.
• Be an essential part of the team, keeping things moving during busy shifts.
• Help maintain a positive, friendly atmosphere in the kitchen - teamwork makes the dream work!
