Job summary

Franco Manca in Edinburgh is seeking a Pizza Second Chef to support the Head Chef and maintain high standards across all pizzas. You will help deliver consistently great food and keep the kitchen running smoothly during busy periods.

You’ll lead by example in hygiene, prep, and team training, while staying calm under pressure and assisting junior staff. A fast-paced environment offers growth within a friendly Franco family setting.

• Keep calm under pressure and lead when the Head Chef isn’t available.
