Role: FM Consultant. You will help optimise facilities management services by aligning FM strategy with business goals, developing operational structures and processes, and procuring effective supply chains supported by performance management and benchmarking tools.

Our services include strategic and operational reviews, benchmarking support, FM procurement and service definition, performance measurement, FM audits and health checks, technical FM advisory, operational and minor works project support, and operational readiness, mobilisation and FM design reviews.

The role can be based in any UK office with flexibility on location, occasional overnight stays, and the need to work across the UK and beyond when required.

Responsibilities
  • Be a cooperative team member supporting senior team members in the successful delivery of projects.
  • Independently complete tasks, manage your time, and work toward project timescales and deadlines.
  • Support senior team members in business generation activities such as bid writing and developing marketing material.
  • Apply FM industry best practice to all aspects of the role.
  • Build strong, professional client relationships and identify and resolve client issues.
  • Analyse information quickly, compare options, and make decisions where parameters are unclear.
  • Develop skills and share knowledge within the consulting practice and contribute across practices where value is added.
Qualifications
  • Experience in Strategic FM Reviews, procurement of FM services, benchmarking, contract mobilisation, FM operational support, and FM contract/performance management.
  • Experience in writing service specifications, key performance indicators and other contract documents, and conducting FM design reviews.
  • Understanding of Lifecycle & Whole Life Costs and delivering Operational Readiness & Mobilisation.
Education, Qualifications & Experience
  • Ideally degree qualified or equivalent in a related subject or relevant industry experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio).
