Job summary

Pertemps Wolverhampton and Walsall is recruiting a Yard Operative to join the Cannock yard. You must hold a valid in-date FLT licence and be comfortable loading/unloading stock and moving items around the yard.

The role is a day shift with a 07:30 start, offering an hourly rate of £12.71. Slinger/Signaller experience is a plus, and there is a focus on safety, quality checks, and general maintenance.

Qualifications

• FLT licence valid and in date.
• Slinger/Signaller experience desirable.
• Quality checking experience preferred.
• Ability to use hand held power tools.
• Basic maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Using the FLT as and when required.
• Loading/unloading and moving stock around the yard.

• Working as part of the team.
• General repairs to the product.
