Job summary

Our client, Morson Group, is seeking a Warehouse Operator for a Goole site. The role supports picking, packing, and distribution, using forklift equipment to move stock and ensure accurate inventory data.

The position requires a valid Forklift Truck licence and attention to detail, with duties including ensuring quality, stock accuracy, and safe operation within a busy warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience is essential.
• Strong attention to detail for stock management.
• Good hand-eye-foot coordination to operate mechanical handling equipment safely.
• Reliable, self-motivated and collaborative team member.
• Effective communication skills to support warehouse operations.
• Valid Forklift Truck licence for Counterbalance, VNA, Flexi Bendi, or Reach truck.

Responsibilities

• Warehouse Operations: pick, pack, ship, receive, put-away and kit components with data integrity.
• Quality Assurance: follow packing procedures and verify despatch-ready stock.
• Inventory Control: maintain accurate packed item records.
• Housekeeping: keep areas clean and well-organised.
• Health and Safety: comply with site safety regulations and safe systems.
