Gap Personnel is recruiting a Warehouse Operative with FLT for our Bromborough site. The role involves receiving stock, accurate checking, and preparing orders for dispatch. You will operate forklifts, manage inventory, and keep a tidy warehouse.

We seek a reliable, physically fit individual with a forklift licence, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of health & safety practices. This is a full-time, on-site position with immediate start potential.

Qualifications

• Valid forklift licence required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good health and safety practices.
• Basic computer skills to update stock systems.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently or in a team.
• Physically capable for manual handling and long standing periods.
• Full UK driving licence is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Check in deliveries accurately and report discrepancies promptly.
• Store and rotate stock, relocate materials, and keep inventory records.
• Safely operate forklift trucks for loading/unloading.
• Pick and prepare customer orders with accuracy.
• Pack and dispatch goods within set deadlines.
• Participate in regular stock takes and assist inventory control.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment.
• Follow SOPs and instructions as directed.
