Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Warehouse Operative in Crewe. The role offers a permanent, full-time position with a start pay of £24,784.50 per year, rising to £27,124.50 after training. Core duties include safe warehouse tasks, stock checks, and accurate loading of vehicles, with FLT and PPT equipment experience required.

Qualifications

• Warehouse experience in a logistics environment.
• Strong manual handling knowledge.
• Experience handling high-volume orders.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Fork Lift Trucks experience required.
• MLOP and PPT experience desirable.
• Flexible to finish later during busy periods is essential.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently perform warehouse tasks to meet customer requirements.
• Check stock for trade and transfer; load vehicles accurately.
• Pack mixed cases for trade customers using brand codes.
• Operate truck electrics, PPT, pedestrian PPT, reach and counterbalance FLTs.
• Participate in in-house training; role includes handling tobacco products.
