Job summary

OA Group is seeking a Warehouse Operative - FLT for rotating day shifts in Milton Keynes. You will operate Counterbalance and Reach Truck FLTs, move stock, update records, and ensure accurate stock movements.

The role requires valid B1 Counterbalance FLT and D2 Reach Truck licences, previous warehouse experience, good computer skills, and attention to detail. Temp to permanent; pay £13.61 per hour; shifts include 7am-6pm variants on Mon-Fri.

Qualifications

• Valid B1 Counterbalance FLT licence is required.
• D2 Reach Truck licence is required.
• Experience operating both Counterbalance and Reach Truck FLTs in a warehouse.
• Good computer skills and accuracy when updating stock records.

Responsibilities

• Operate Counterbalance and Reach Truck FLTs to move, handle and position stock.
• Carry out stock checks and maintain accurate stock records.
• Book goods in and out and ensure stock movements are recorded.
• Load and unload vehicles following safety procedures.
• Check outgoing loads for accuracy and condition.
• Record all stock movements in paperwork and warehouse systems.
• Label and store stock correctly; keep areas tidy.
• Maintain high standards of quality and safety across warehouse activities.
