Job summary

GXO Logistics is hiring at the Tilbury site for a Warehouse Colleague with a valid counterbalance licence. You will work in a busy warehouse, loading and offloading kegs using counterbalance, with responsibilities including order picking, stock replenishment, and stock counting.

The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, 14:00–22:00, at the Greene King site in Tilbury (RM18 7HZ). An annual salary of £28,547.75 is offered plus holiday pay and pension benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid counterbalance licence (RTITB or national).
• Experience driving counterbalance/reach truck in a warehouse.
• Experience with inventory processes and warehouse operations.
• Good communication and problem-solving with a customer focus.
• Computer literacy and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

We are looking for a Warehouse Colleague with a valid counterbalance licence, to join our team at Greene King site in Tilbury (RM18 7HZ). You will be working in a busy warehouse, loading and offloading kegs using counterbalance.

This is a full time, permanent role. You will be working Monday to Friday, on the afternoon shift: 14:00 – 22:00.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Loading and offloading kegs using counterbalance
• Accurately picking for orders
• Stock replenishment, stock counting
• Complying with agreed procedures to ensure a safe and legal working environment and consistent quality standards

What you need to succeed at GXO:

• Valid RTITB or national counterbalance licence
• Proven experience of driving counterbalance/ reach truck
• Warehouse experience and understanding of inventory processes
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach
• Computer literacy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, showing initiative and adaptability
• Commitment to Health & Safety and maintaining operational standards
