Job summary

GXO Logistics in Tilbury is seeking an experienced FLT Driver to join our busy warehouse team on an afternoon shift (14:00 – 22:00). You will load/offload kegs with a counterbalance forklift, pick orders accurately and manage stock replenishment to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires a valid RTITB or national counterbalance licence, proven counterbalance/reach truck experience, and a solid understanding of inventory processes.

We are looking for a Warehouse Colleague with a valid counterbalance licence, to join our team at Greene King site in Tilbury (RM18 7HZ). You will be working in a busy warehouse, loading and offloading kegs using counterbalance.

This is a full time, permanent role. You will be working Monday to Friday, on the afternoon shift: 14:00 - 22:00.

What you'll do on a typical day:

• Loading and offloading kegs using counterbalance

• Complying with agreed procedures to ensure a safe and legal working environment and consistent quality standards

What you need to succeed at GXO:

• Valid RTITB or national counterbalance licence
• Provenexperience of driving counterbalance/ reach truck
• Warehouse experienceand understanding of inventory processes
• Strong communication and problem-solving skillswith a customer-focused approach
• Computer literacy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, showing initiative and adaptability
