Job summary

Kpi Recruiting Ltd is looking for an FLT Reach Driver to join a warehouse team in the UK. You will unload pallets, pick, pack, label and repack goods, and help maintain a clean, safe working environment while meeting site procedures.

To qualify you must hold a valid FLT Reach licence (RTITB, ITSSAR or equivalent) and have proven experience in a fast-paced warehouse. Shifts run 10:00–22:00 on a 4 on 4 off rotation; PPE includes safety boots and hi‑vis vest.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid FLT Reach licence (RTITB, ITSSAR, or equivalent certificate).
• Proven experience operating a forklift within a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Ability to work well individually or in a team environment.
• Strong focus on workplace safety and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Unloading pallets from vehicles and storing in the warehouse.
• General warehouse duties- picking, packing, labelling and repack.
• Carrying out daily vehicle checks, maintaining equipment, and reporting any defects or issues immediately.
• Helping to maintain a clean, tidy, and safe working environment.
• Strictly adhering to all site health and safety protocols and warehouse procedures.

The ideal candidate for an FLT Reach Driver would require:

• Must hold a valid, in-date FLT Reach licence (RTITB, ITSSAR, or equivalent certificate)
• Proven experience operating a forklift within a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Ability to work well individually or in a team environment
• Strong focus on workplace safety and attention to detail

Hours- 10:00-22:00

4 on 4 off rotating shifts.
