Job summary

KPI Recruiting Ltd is seeking an experienced FLT Reach Driver to support daily warehouse operations. The role focuses on unloading pallets, picking, packing, labeling, and maintaining accurate stock in a busy environment.

You must hold a valid FLT Reach licence and be comfortable working 10:00–22:00 on a 4 on 4 off pattern, with a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork. PPE is required and safety boots plus hi-vis vest are commonly used.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid, in-date FLT Reach licence (RTITB, ITSSAR, or equivalent certificate).
• Proven experience operating a forklift within a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Ability to work well individually or in a team environment.
• Strong focus on workplace safety and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Unloading pallets from vehicles and storing in the warehouse.
• General warehouse duties - picking, packing, labeling and repack.
• Carrying out daily vehicle checks, maintaining equipment, and reporting defects.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and tidy working environment.
• Adhering to site health and safety protocols and warehouse procedures.

Job description

The duties and responsibilities as an FLT Reach Driver:

• Unloading pallets from vehicles and storing in the warehouse


• General warehouse duties- picking, packing, labelling and repack


• Carrying out daily vehicle checks, maintaining equipment, and reporting any defects or issues immediately


• Helping to maintain a clean, tidy, and safe working environment


• Strictly adhering to all site health and safety protocols and warehouse procedures

The ideal candidate for an FLT Reach Driver would require:

• Must hold a valid, in-date FLT Reach licence(RTITB, ITSSAR, or equivalent certificate)


• Proven experience operating a forklift within a fast-paced warehouse environment

Hours- 10:00-22:00

4 on 4 off rotating shifts.
